All future billing will be billed by AMA directly to you, the customer. We are actively engaged in setting up your accounts and working on this transition. With this joint combination between AMA Transportation and Fowlers Express, we gain the service capabilities, operating synergies, and market presence to add and increase our value, direct service scope, and overall long term relevance in the Northeast markets. In addition, we gain the ability of one to two day transit throughout the New York, New Jersey, and eastern Pennsylvania market places. We are truly excited and confident about this new endeavor.
